FOR ST LOUIS: First and foremost, we hope that our extended lacrosse family is safe and well.
In the event this event is canceled due to COVID-19 circumstances, all paid fees (deposits & fees) will be refunded in total.
In the event, this event proceeds observing all COVID-19 recommendations, and a program opts to not participate, the standard refund policy will apply:  

If you cancel prior to July 9, 2022, we will honor a 50% refund of your paid-to-date team fee at the time of the refund request. There will be no refunds issued after July 9, 2022, for team withdrawal or team cancellation for any reason. If the tournament is canceled due to weather before the start of the play on Day 1, refunds (less the deposit) will be issued via check within four weeks. Once the tournament has begun, no refunds will be given as a result of tournament cancellation. All deposits are non-refundable.

When registering your team or paying for registration, you may be asked for your name, email, phone number and a postal address via an online form.


What personal information do we collect via printed form?

We request personal information about players including full name, date of birth, US Lacrosse number, grad year and signatures from parents of minors via a hardcopy form for the waiver and release of liability.


When do we collect the information?

We collect information from you when you register online. We also collect information from the hardcopy form you complete and return to us via email.


How do we use the information collected?

We may use the information collected online to process registration payment, to send you email communications about our events, request that you complete a survey and other information.


How do we protect your information?

We use service providers to process our data collection and payment processing. No information is directly stored on our website. Personal information is contained behind secure firewalls of our service providers and is only accessible by a limited number of persons whom have special access rights to these systems. All information is required to be kept confidential. In addition, all sensitive information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored locally on our servers.


We do not use cookies.

We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer personal information to outside parties, your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice.
